Volt Edge is one of the largest privately owned Electrical Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia that provides Electrical post trade training to Electricians Australia wide.                                                                                  

We have an outstanding track record as an RTO and as such have developed an exceptional reputation as a quality training provider in the growing Electrical industry.

Our head office is in Northgate Brisbane and has training facilities Australia Wide in the following locations Mackay, Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle and Melbourne (onsite and growing).

The Ideal Applicant

We are seeking a motivated genuine person to lead our sales initiative. The position would require managing larger accounts with existing major clients and seeking new relationships with new clients within industry, both state and Australia wide.

What's Involved in the Role

Your primary focus will be to convert our substantial number of enquiries to sales.

Additional tasks will include:

• Management of full sales cycle
• Maintain Major Customer Account relations
• Answering client incoming phone calls (minimal)
• Advising and consulting with potential clients on the latest courses
• Following up on quoting
• New Business/Account Management
• Further expanding our growing client base

 What We Are Looking For

• 4 years phone and face to face based proven track record in a sales representative environment
• A passionate sales professional with exceptional personal skills
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Passionate about sales and achieving results
• A strong learner who is able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Experience as a sales consultant, course advisor, training or technical electrical background would be an advantage but not essential

Rewards

Generous base salary including laptop and phone, with a real earning potential to increase your salary with a bonus scheme once you have made this position your own.

The four KPI's will be measured 3 monthly:

• Generating enquiries to sales
• Ensuring a high number of stage 2 student course completions
• Measurable KPI associated with client retention
• Creating new clients generating new income
