- Setting sail towards personal and team sales goals to help us navigate towards the treasure trove of profitability
- Unleashing your creativity by implementing sales plans that not only boost occupancy but also send our food, beverage, and banquet sales through the roof!
- And let's not forget about the paperwork! You'll be the maestro of metrics, producing and reviewing monthly reports to keep us all on course
