Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning is an expanding family owned business operating out of Brisbane for over 16 years.
We are currently looking to expand our sales teams with an additional Business Development Manager to build upon existing relationships and forge new ones playing a key role in expanding our foothold across Queensland.
No cold calling - An established tele sales team bring in quality leads/appointments for you to build relationships with key stakeholders and convert.
The Role
- Analyse needs to develop and present solutions
- Analyse and interpret tender documentation
- Prepare time, cost and labour estimates
- On sell additional services
- Quoting of ad-hoc requests
- Handover of new sites to the Operations Team making sure they understand the specifications
About You
- A relationship builder. You must thrive on building strong relationships/partnerships with potential new clients.
- You will be solution focused.
- Assist to develop and drive sustainable growth
- Understand benefit selling and be a closer
- In-depth knowledge of the cleaning industry
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM's.
- Driven and a good team player
- Strong time management and organisation skills
