Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? Fiddes Australia is seeking a spirited, experienced individual to join our vibrant, all-female-owned and operated business as a Business Development Manager for Queensland and potentially Western Australia.

We distribute our top-tier timber coating products across Australia and New Zealand, catering to Trade Stores, Paint Stores, Hardware Stores, and Timber Wholesalers and are on a mission to expand further.  Our flagship product reigns supreme in its category, embodying quality, simplicity, and excellence.

What You'll Do:

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing the business through implementing ongoing sales activities that are focused on securing new business and increasing volume with existing customers.  Your tasks will include:

• Elevating sales and margin performance with ingenious Business Development approaches.
• Managing effective call cycles and leveraging data analysis for strategic planning.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication and collaboration.
• Delivering in-store presentations and staff training sessions.
• Merchandising stores for optimal product visibility.
• Covering Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast with a company vehicle.
• Regional Queensland (by road or air).
• Potential to cover Western Australia (approx. 1 visit per quarter)
• Participating in occasional after-hours trade shows.

About You:
