We are looking for an enthusiastic, results driven and experienced sales representative to join our team.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative - BDR, you will provide support to our customers on the Central Coast and surrounding regional areas. Engaging with customers to find suitable solutions and offering quality customer service. We are seeking a results-driven and energetic sales all-rounder who loves the idea of being ‘on the road’ running their own region.
You will have a strong desire to advocate for our products in a retail environment, support point of sale excellence and training for customer staff, engage with trade customers, and a genuine interest in being a trusted solutions advisor for our customers.
We trust and support our staff to operate independently, and as such we are looking for that ‘can do’ salesperson that loves to operate autonomously yet understands the need for transparency and regular interaction with sales management to discuss strategy, growth, activity and performance metrics.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Prior Pool Industry Experience advantageous
- Sound Business acumen with exposure to sales and customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with proven success in building and maintaining a customer base.
- Self-motivated, driven and results orientated.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate
- Current Drivers Licence
