Location: Gold Coast
Responsibilities:
Manage business-to-business (B2B) clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Prepare and deliver quotes and estimates for projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Site measure and quote jobs, follow through until converted to a job
Handle customer relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Trade knowledge or experience in carpentry, fencing or electrical is desirable.
Proficiency in service m8 and xero is desirable.
