Essential:
- Experience and qualifications in Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Learning & Development, Project Management or any other relevant field
- Demonstrated experience in the support and delivery of people focused projects and initiatives
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in designing and executing internal communications and engagement activities, including producing communications content across a wide range of formats for various audiences and stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects and activities, and the flexibility to work with changing circumstances
- Experience taking initiative, acting with confidence, and working under own direction
Desirable:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting organisational change projects
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning
To meet Council's WHS requirements and in accordance with Council's Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs.
