Job DescriptionAs the Business Development Manager at The CEO Institute for VIC, you will be instrumental in shaping the future growth and success of our organisation.
Your strategic vision, sales expertise, and client-centric approach will be essential in expanding our market presence and establishing The CEO Institute as a leader in executive peer to-peer membership and leadership development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with C-suite executives to enhance our market presence and increase revenue streams.
This role demands a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to effectively propel business growth and meet objectives aligned with The CEO Institute's mission.
Working closely with the VIC State Director, you will identify and prospect CEO and Executive leaders to join the Institute via annual membership and through your professional understanding of industry trends and personal business challenges identified by your prospective customer, you will align The CEO Institute's membership packages and employee development solutions to provide additional areas of growth within your customer’s sphere of influence.

QualificationsOur ideal Business Development Manager will possess the following attributes:
