We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist on Friday's and alternate Saturday's as well as sick and holiday leave cover, with scope to increase hours.
Summary: The Clinic Receptionist at Skin Clinic Blyss plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and client satisfaction within the clinic. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including phone and email management, patient engagement, stock orders, and maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic. This position requires excellent organisational and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone and Email Management:
- Check and respond to phone messages promptly, ensuring that all calls are returned and any unanswered calls are followed up before the close of business
- Return and appropriately handle all clinic-related emails
- Ensuring email replies are to clinics professional standards.
Client Engagement:
- Greet clients in a friendly manner and check them in for their appointments.
- Verify client details and update as necessary.
- Review the daily client schedule to identify those needing to complete consent forms for specific treatments.
- Make TLC calls to clients who received higher impact treatments and document in patient files.
- Send post-care treatment emails to clients receiving significant treatments for the first time.
- Engaging clients to purchase retail products
Stock Handling:
- Manage stock orders
- Ensure arrived orders are in placed into Kitomba and placed away in appropriate areas.
- Manage stock take procedures as delegated by clinic manager or owner.
- Processes both retail and professional stock through Kitomba systems.
Cleaning Duties:
- Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bathroom and waiting area, including stocking supplies.
- Restock retail shelves as needed.
- Clean the bathroom, including removing garbage.
- Maintain a clean and tidy waiting area
- Cleaning of clinic floors using vacuum and mop as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Previous experience within a skin clinic highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Salary: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 hours per fortnight minimum
