We proudly now have a team of more than 1500 radiologists, imaging and support staff across 74 sites in Australia and New Zealand.
We have a Fixed Term contract available for an experienced Company Secretary to join our team.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and with a dotted line to the Chair of the Board, you will be responsible for ASIC and ASX Listing Rules compliance, financial reporting, continuous disclosure, AGM planning and facilitation and Escrow, Loan STI and LTI Plans. You will administer the affairs of the company and business of the Board and the Board committees, including preparing ASX announcements, agendas, papers and minutes as well as providing advice on good corporate governance practices and ensuring compliance with the company's statutory, regulatory and other obligations as a ASX listed entity. You should have a clear understanding of the company's constitution, charters and other key corporate documentation.
You will possess an organised, professional, proactive, efficient, and positive approach, which will enable you to play an integral role in supporting the company and Board. Attention-to-detail and the ability to work under pressure will be essential to your success. In return you will sit within a collaborative and supportive multi-skilled team where you'll gain valuable experience. You will be supported by an Assistant Company Secretary who has good knowledge of the business and company secretarial requirements for this role.
This role will be based at our Melbourne city office, with some flexibility to work from home. Relevant experience in a Company Secretarial role is required, ideally in a listed company, along with a demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders from all areas of the business.
This is a maternity leave position from May to December 2024.
