Conveyancer - Commence Asap [Temp To Perm]

CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED CONVEYANCERS - IMMEDIATE START

The Role
Our client is an outstanding firm, their conveyancing team has minimal attrition and are in need of a talented Conveyancer to come on board to assist with the backlog. If you do well, there might even be a permanent position at the end of the rainbow.
Your duties will include:

• Managing conveyancing matters from A to Z
• Preparing all documentation and contracts associated with purchases and sales
• Handling off the plan purchases and sales from beginning to end
• Liaising with clients
• Preparation of discharge of mortgages and arranging for valuations to be performed on properties
• conducting online searches
• calculating settlement figures
• booking settlements
• file management

Ideally you have previous experience with;

• Residential conveyancing
• Large complex developments, sub-divisions; acting on behalf of the vendor and purchaser
• Leasing experience
• Extensive experience with Duties Online, PEXA and LEAP
