The Role
Our client, a well established law firm based as Springwood seeks the expertise of an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. Your duties will include dealing with clients, following up on outstanding conditions, first and final letters, on line searches, dealing with brokers, PEXA settlements, booking settlements, settlement statements and general admin duties. You will work alongside a Senior Paralegal.
You
You will have a minimum of 2 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience in a law firm.
The Law Firm / Salary
Well established law firm based at Springwood. Relaxed and down to earth culture. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $65,000 - $80,000 + Super).
