About the Role:
This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following:
Daily AR collections, consistently working through to reduce overdue balances
Ability to investigate disputed items and monitoring discrepancies/irregularities
Reconciliation of accounts and sending monthly statements to customers
Managing AR inbox and responding to the customer queries
Assist with payment allocation and Credit check requests
Attending other ad-hoc matters as and when required

Desired Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or collection role
Intermediate to advance Excel skills (Vlook ups,Pivot )
Ability to work well under pressure & to set deadlines
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivator with the ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt and embrace system and process changes
