Credit, Treasury & Legal Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Credit Team here at PACCAR Australia, based at Bayswater! This role will see the successful candidate providing administration assistance and support to the Credit, Treasury and Legal departments.

• Attend to the Accounts Receivable function of the Miscellaneous & Intercompany Ledgers, reconcile and resolve credit account issues.
• Process all cash receipts to JDE.
• Create legal documents including Dealer Franchise Agreements, Master terms of Trade, Guarantee & Indemnity and other as required.
• Coordinate the PACCAR Demonstrator / rental program. Create rental agreements, perform credit checks, lodge PPS Registration.
• Maintain register of all company owned vehicles and monitor registration renewal dates.
• Co-ordinate insurance claims on domestic Motor Vehicle Policy. Assist with renewal of insurance policies at year end (Motor vehicle & Travel).
• Create Daily Cash & Investments Report, confirming daily bank balances, investments and Intercompany loan amounts. Update Quantum database.
• Create and distribute DAF truck invoices and sundry sales invoices.
• Process payments for invoices involving company owned vehicles including Registrations, Insurance, infringements and toll notices.
• Other duties and projects as required.

• Degree qualified or currently studying in business discipline is highly regarded.
• Exposure to JD Edwards One World is preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Outstanding data entry skills – touch type with speed and accuracy.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
