As part of icare's major reset to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers, DXC has now commenced workers' compensation claims management in New South Wales.

Join the DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC's claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.

The Customer Relationship Manager will be a member of the DXC senior leadership team and contribute to developing and implementing organisational strategies designed to attract and retain clients to DXC. The Customer Relationship Manager will work with DXC innovation partners to design a compelling value proposition for our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, leveraging industry knowledge and trends to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to client solutions.

  • Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and standards.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • NSW worker's compensation experience or insurance industry experience (ideally)

  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills

  • Experience in sales processes and CRM software

  • Strategic and innovative thinking

  • A strong customer service ethos

  • The ability to identify and penetrate target markets and convert opportunities to customers

  • Experience with corporate clients and/or brokers

  • Computer skills - Microsoft Word (basic), Excel (basic) and PowerPoint (intermediate
