About the role
We're currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Customer Service Team. The role is office based and supports our team of Customer Service Administrators in taking calls and emails requesting service and repairs to a range of door systems.
Responsibilities and Duties will include;
- Answering calls for service requests. Triaging the call and collecting the information required to enable a technician to repair the door.
- Creating and monitoring Service Tickets through from initial call, to completed in a time frame that mees customer expectations.
- Liaising with clients to collate Service Ticket update, requesting photos, ensuring site is ready for technician attendance, requesting purchase orders etc
- Briefing Field Service Technicians on the fault details before assigning the work to them for completion.
- Issuing purchase orders to subcontractors.
- Daily meetings with the national Customer Service Team, with daily reports on Service Tickets and our customer feedback.
What you will need to succeed
Previous experience in Office Administration or helpdesk is desirable for this role, and any technical/engineering interest will be an asset. You will need a high level of attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a polished, professional presentation. You will need to be exceptionally organised, able to multi-task and work with multiple concurrent projects with competing demands in a fast-paced, demanding (and sometimes challenging) environment. Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills,, phone skills/ confidence are essential.
