Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our NDIS Plan Management team as a Data Entry Clerk.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in accurately inputting and managing data related to NDIS plans, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Plan Management services.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage data related to NDIS plans into our database system.
- Ensure all Data Entry tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors and make necessary corrections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of NDIS plan information.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and NDIS guidelines.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Entry or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or disability services environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer software and database systems for Data Entry and management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and disability services sector is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- Three-month probation applies
