Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and management of planning approvals for projects including negotiating with councils and other authorities to ensure projects achieve favourable and timely approvals.
- Preparation and tracking of development feasibilities, forecasts, cashflow and programs for active and potential projects.
- Management of and liaison with external consultants and key stakeholders and ensuring they are held accountable to scope, time, and quality requirements.
- Supporting and working collaboratively with the project team in the delivery of corporate goals and objectives.
- Conducting regular site visits to address safety, quality, costs, design issues etc.
- Project Management of built form inclusive of overseeing detailed design, construction budgets and delivery programs and liaising with Head Contractors
- Identifying, mitigating and managing key risks and opportunities to optimise outcomes
- Contribute positively to the growth of the project and the business.

- Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in a Development Management role preferred but not essential
- Experienced and capable in running DA’s including through VCAT.
- Tertiary qualified, preferably in property, commerce or related fields.
