She wear is an innovative, growing Brisbane based footwear brand specialising in practical, functional footwear (work boots, work shoes and lifestyle footwear).

About the role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced E-commerce and Marketing Co-ordinator who is excited about brand building and story telling, has a genuine love for content, E-commerce and Marketing with an incredible eye for detail.
This is a varied role (you will not get bored!) where you will get your hands dirty and be involved in everything from day-to-day social media and newsletter campaigns, to attending events, to organising trade fairs, to the basic maintenance of our Shopify site.
This is a full time position. Due to the highly collaborative nature of this role, you will be located at our Northgate HQ (remote or hybrid not available).
Duties will include (but not limited to) …
- Social media management : Produce compelling and engaging content, and schedule across various platforms. Collaborate with our General Manager to uphold our brand strategy and maintain our unique tone of voice.
- Newsletters and email flows : Create and execute EDM campaigns and constantly review, analyse and improve flows and emails.
- Website : Manage the day-to-day of our Shopify website and tech stack (eg. product uploads, landing pages, blogs, apps etc). Execute seasonal and promotional campaign concepts.
- Community engagement : Create conversations, nurture and engage our audience to attract and acquire new and retain existing customers.
- Influencer and Ambassador relationships : Manage influencer and brand ambassador initiatives, and build and maintain relationships.
- Events : Regularly attend business and networking events to assist with brand awareness, engage with our customers and potential customers, and be a brand advocate.
- SEO : Working alongside our external SEO and Google Ads consultants, ensure SEO and website is continually optimised.
- Trade Fairs : Co-ordinate and arrange all aspects of showcasing our brand at trade fairs, expos and shows (eg logistics, booth set ups, travel, advertising etc).
- General marketing activities, projects and campaigns : Work closely with our Founder and General Manager on strategic brand projects.
- Corporate marketing : Assist our Corporate Partnerships Manager when required with research, tenders, proposals and events.
- Photoshoots : Co-ordinate photoshoots, models, merchandise etc.
- Manage budgets : Consistently monitor budgets and financial KPIs with detailed monthly reporting to Founder and GM.
- Continual improvement : Monitor marketing and website performance by data driven analysis and report back on metrics, growth and sales conversions and recommend ideas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for growth, and analysis of trends and insights : Report back and work closely with our Founder and GM to facilitate and implement initiatives.
- Be a brand product specialist: Develop a profound understanding of our products and support the Customer Support team in handling customer interactions, providing backup for retail stores, and assisting the Dispatch team when needed.
- After hours social media : You will be rostered onto an after hours social media roster responding to social media queries outside of business hours (approx 1 week in every 6-8 weeks).
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in fashion, product or high growth E-commerce
- Demonstrated expertise with social media platforms, with a passion for developing engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns in alignment with the brand's unique tone of voice
- Demonstrated experience with crafting compelling and converting email campaigns
- High level knowledge of Shopify (mandatory) and Klaviyo (or similar)
- A strategic thinker with a growth mindset, and a genuine passion and ambition to help scale a business
- Organised and efficient with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow directions, brand guidelines and aesthetics
- Highly developed communication skills and relationship building skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and set priorities
- A collaborative mindset, ready to contribute to the team's success by willingly supporting colleagues during tight deadlines
- Highly desirable but not essential - performance marketing (paid ads)
