About the role:

• Permanent Full-Time
• Located in Sunshine Victoria

As an Engagement Officer your role will be to support the Business Development team to achieve the growth objectives of the States and Territories in target markets and segments. Your role will be the customer service team answering/following up on phone enquiries, identifying/recording leads, and supporting business development activities.

The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of outcomes in line with our growth strategy and will suit someone who is highly motivated, engaging with a strong customer service focus.

About you:

As an Engagement Officer, you’ll have the following qualities:

• Adaptability to Change – Be able to willingly participate in and support the change process.
• Exercise initiative and/or judgement – You’ll have appreciation of the necessity to exercise initiative and/or judgement within clearly established procedures and/or guidelines to find positive solutions in response to identified needs.
• Professionalism – You will always act in a manner which promotes the organisation in a positive manner
• Attention to detail – A strong focus on ensuring accurate preparation of all material in a timely manner.
• Highly enthusiastic individual – Be able to work towards long term goals, whilst effectively managing daily tasks.
• Be able to develop strong, professional relationships with all internal/external stakeholders.

What is essential?

• Tertiary qualification (or higher) in marketing, business or relevant human services speciality or experience deemed to be the equivalent.
• Human service industry experience
• The ability to travel to provide support as required 
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (must be maintained)
• A current Working with Children Check (must be maintained)
• A current national Police Check (must be maintained)
• A current unrestricted driver’s licence (must be maintained)
• Fully vaccinated against Covid 19
