Your new company
Our client is a large tertiary education provider, located south of the river.
Your new role
You will be required to provide personal and executive secretarial support to a senior leader and ensure the seamless continuity of operations across the office.
Complex diary management
Bring critical information and developments to the attention of the manager
Provide comprehensive administrative support through the preparation and compilation of diverse and complex reports, presentations and briefing papers and other relevant documentation as required
Assist with special projects, research support and analysis as requested.
Represent the area on internal and external committees as required and provide executive support for meetings.
Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements
Plan and manage the reception of visitors and guests as required
Manage strictly confidential information with integrity and discretion, conveying essential information when appropriate to the appropriate stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a tertiary organisation, supporting senior management or leadership teams
A current police clearance, or willing to obtain
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
