We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to multiple Executives, as well as oversee the management of our facility at Nambour, our leasing/tenant requirements for a large number of properties, and the day to day management of the office.
To be successful in this role you will bring with you:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior level administration position
- Experience in facility maintenance, management and administration
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive matters appropriately
- Extensive skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with a relevant qualification being highly regarded
- Superior communications skills, including, report writing, drafting correspondence and minute taking
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
