Job description
This position is a critical role in the Statewide Programs and Tech Schools Division, providing direct administrative support to the Executive Director and assisting with reporting, workflows and compliance to the wider executive team and division.
The successful candidate will be experienced, highly organised and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This role will include:
the coordination of briefs and correspondence
managing diaries, meetings, travel and events for the Executive Director
responding to requests from the Minister's Office and Department Liaison Officers
the use and ongoing development and divisional systems and processes
working across teams (cross-functionally)
working to a program of defined deliverables and reporting, but with an ability to adapt to a
changing/fluid context.
