Can work autonomously, use initiative and exercising judgement in environments with competing priorities and strict deadlines. Extensive diary, inbox and call management experience. Coordinate meetings, take minutes and distribute post meeting actions Intermediate to advance level experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe and document management systems, website management, mapping systems and online meeting tools.Advanced professional interpersonal skills for interacting effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Ability to solve problems, exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. A valued team player who is pro-active, with a flexible 'can do' attitude.An effective gatekeeper, being responsive, efficient, enthusiastic, professional, friendly and positive with an ability to solve complex problems.
