- Experience managing administration and reception staff
- Use discretion and high level of confidentiality
- High level secretarial administration support to the Director
- Support Board members and Senior managers
- Proactive diary management
- Manage, train and support reception staff
- Monitor performance and KPI's for direct reports
- Ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures
- Diploma in Business Administration or similar/equivalent
- PR, AU or NZ Citizenship
