What You’ll Need:

Plus, our fully funded Employee Assist Program supports you and your family through the dimensions of wellbeing, spiritual, emotional, physical, and social. This is just the start of our meaningful offerings!

Inclusivity:

If working for a company that recognises and support their staff, on high quality projects you’d be proud to be part of delivering sounds good to you, we’d love to meet you.

Our Values:

In addition to the above, we require all our ‘Cobildians’ to subscribe to a set of specific core values.

Next (the best one!) Fun Is Energy, places happiness at the heart of our endeavours. We want all our people to enjoy what they do and who they do it with, so our goal is to make someone smile or LOL every day.

We also value truth, integrity and accountability in all areas. Say What You Mean & Do What You Say (i.e no BS) - if it’s not true, we won’t say it and if it’s not right, we won’t do it.

Lastly, we’re really proud to be Not Your Typical builders, consciously striving to innovate not imitate.
