We have an outstanding opportunity for an Executive Assistant within a busy school environment. This is an initial temp role starting on 26 February.
This role supports a fantastic Headmaster who you will thoroughly enjoy working with. He is extremely busy and there is a real juggle of his time so diary management is a key within this role!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide key administrative and organisational support to a busy Headmaster
- Diary and inbox management
- Preparation of board papers, reports, and presentations
- Assist the Headmaster and Executive team with their strategic and business planning process
- Liaise with various stakeholders including teachers, parents, etc
- Ad hoc administration tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
- Must have current Blue Card
- Previous experience working in a school environment highly advantageous
- Experience with TAS a bonus
- Strong attention to detail critical
- Great communication skills and team player attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional presentation
