The EA will provide primary support to the EGM and will also support members of the Wholesale Leadership Team as required.Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage the EGM’s diary and schedule to ensure effective and efficient use of their time flexibly prioritising conflicting demands on behalf of the EGM.
- Coordinate the timely submission of and consolidation, formatting, and styling of reports to be presented to Board and associated Committees, along with uploading to the document management software.
- Plan, organise and accurately prepare drafts of all other necessary reports, correspondence, submissions, and presentations.
- Collate, summarise, and analyse data as required by the EGM including assisting with operational and business reporting, including reward and recognition reports.
- Assist the EGM in managing emails and other correspondence including determining appropriate distribution and following up on pending matters with limited direction.
- Qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years in an executive level EA position
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience preparing submissions and papers for executive and board meetings and presentations, ideally using Diligent Board Management software
