The role
This role will look very different in 6 months time (and 12 months time) as it is currently responsible for the set up of a fully functional office, process to ensure board meetings run smoothly, implementation of HR processes, developing working relationships with key stakeholders, building networks and resources, learning how to best problem solve for this particular business structure, demonstrating initiative and working constructively with feedback.  

This implementation phase will see the successful realisation of an investment business, a family office and a philanthropic foundation with incredible purpose. And this is where the exciting part comes in! As the business expands there will be a need for this role to specialise in to one of these organisational arms and the right person, with the right capability and endeavour, will be able to stick their hand up to be considered for their preferred career trajectory.

Our perfect candidate
This role is ideally suited to an individual who has worked in both large corporate environments as well as more boutique sized businesses and leans into the preference of the latter. Not that this is small venture in any way shape or form with incredible financial stability and growth options from the outset. Bringing strong commercial acumen from big business and utilising this to implement and refine seamless structure and support in an ever changing new environment will be your superpower here.

With a Personal Assistant already in place, you will be autonomous in the way you operate with the desire and ability to come together with this individual on joint matters. She herself is commercially astute and an incredible brand ambassador for these individuals.
