Great opportunity for an Executive Assistant/Operations Manager to join a market leader in an exciting time of growth
The Company

The Role
As the Executive Assistant/Operations Manager you'll be pivotal in supporting the efficient operation of the NSW division.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and email management for the State Manager
  • Drafting correspondence and document management
  • Plan and execute NSW events and social activities
  • General administrative support and office requirements
  • Organising meetings and catering requirements
  • Travel and accommodation management
  • Processing of expense claims and reimbursements alongside accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting executives or senior management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
