The Opportunity
Reporting into the Centre Manager, this is a rare opportunity to establish and grow your career in the Retail Facilities sector. Responsibilities include:
- Work hand-in-hand with the Centre Manager to assist across all Operations & Facilities.
- Ensuring the maintenance procedures and workplace meets all essential services and insurance requirements.
- Ensure all areas of the Centre meet audit standards.
- Supervision, organising and liaising with contractors to ensure all work is carried out safely and effectively.
- Reporting on issues and incidents that you discover.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong drive to learn and grow, and establish themselves in the retail property sector
- Have a high level of computer literacy on Microsoft Suite
- Be an excellent communicator
- Self-motivated
- Have excellent organisational skills and resourcefulness
- Have high-quality and efficient documentation output
