Family Violence Service Manager (Swan Hill)

Job Description🌟🚀 Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🚀🌟Are you ready to lead with passion and purpose in the heart of Swan Hill? 🔍 Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Service is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee therapeutic, case management, and crisis services, supporting individuals affected by Family Violence and sexual assault. If you're a dynamic leader with a knack for building empowering team cultures and driving impactful change, this role is for you!🔹 Job Details:

• 📅 Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing contract, SCHADs 8, ONSITE (no WFH options)
• 🚺 Gender Preference: Services are geared towards female-identifying clients.
• 📝 Psychometric Test Requirement: Candidates will be asked to undergo a psychometric test.
• 🌟 Leadership Role: Essentially the PM on the ground, reporting to Jason in Mildura.
• 👥 Team Oversight: Oversee approximately 20 staff, with 3 direct reports.
• 🌈 Service Focus: Family Violence Crisis, Case Management, Counselling, and TOD (although TOD technically has its own leadership team).
• 🎓 Educational Requirement: Bachelor's of Social Work or equivalent qualification is essential.
