The role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager you will have end to end responsibility for a range of funds within the businesses largest portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts including analytical commentary in a complex environment. In addition you will prepare monthly unit price calculations, lodge monthly BAS/GST returns and prepare distribution calculations.
This position will play a key role in all periodic deadlines such as quarterly investor reporting, annual consolidated financial statements and annual income tax calculations. The role is varied in the sense that you will bring a strong technical background with the ability to also partner effectively with Asset Managers and Fund Analysts alike.
About you
- CA/CPA part/fully qualified
- Exposure to trusts or funds is advantageous
- First movers from audit or business services
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
