Arana Leagues Club is one of Brisbane's premier recreational venues with 175 poker machines, Restaurant and Café, three bars, bottleshop, function rooms and a kid's room.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Functions Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the operational management of all our functions and events. We are also planning renovations which will expand our functions offering. You will be an integral part of planning and opening this new function area.
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in function coordination or a similar role;
- Highly developed leadership skills;
- A hands-on approach to function coordination;
- A stable work history and professional presentation;
- A passion to continually deliver 5-star customer service;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proficient computer and administrative skills;
Full ability to work a roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.
Remuneration will be commensurate with the applicant’s experience. On top of your agreed wage will be Superannuation, meal while on shift, and professional development opportunities.
