About The Role
We have the opportunity for a Guest Communications Manager to join our Marketing team. The role will be located in North Gosford and responsible for:
- Reporting, data extraction and customer liaison
- Monitoring phone systems and optimising call centre processes
- Managing sales surveys
- Communicating with key staff regarding service pack options
About You
- Experience in a similar role in an automotive industry
- Sound knowledge of best practices relating to customer communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer centric and team orientated demeanour
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office Suite
