About the opportunity:
The Head of Disability Services will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of HELP’s disability portfolio. This will include developing new business opportunities, partnerships and relationships enabling the growth of services plus developing and implementing a financially sustainable best practice approach.
More specifically you will :
Monitor external economic, political, social trends and industry best practice in order to apply an innovative approach to growth and development of services, risk mitigation as well as identify potential business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor internal portfolio trends, issues, problems and opportunities in order to facilitate good
policy making, strategic planning and risk management practice
Develop, implement and evaluate portfolio strategic plans focused on producing high quality services, user engagement, maximisation of user choice/control/flexibility with alignment to the customer journey model ensuring portfolio synergy
In consultation with the COO and Operations Leadership Team, develop, manage and regularly review the annual Disability Services budget and other financial resources to ensure HELP’s strategic and operational priorities are met.
