Your Role
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, your role will involve:
- Updating records and templates in ELMO
- Liaising with internal key stakeholders
- Managing Chief People Officers inbox
- Scheduling in meetings
- Preparing board reports
- Taking notes at meetings
- Report generation
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing systems
- Formatting documents and creating presentations and surveys
- Collating documents for special projects
- General HR Administration support
Your profile
As this role is for an Immediate Start, you must be available to commence straight away. You will have high levels of attention to detail as well as a solutions oriented mind set.
As this is a contract role, you need to be able to quickly uncover processes and procedures and use your initiative to find solutions.
A qualification in HR is highly desirable and your ability to communicate with all levels of management is integral.
You will pick up new software systems quickly and have advanced MS Office skills.
The successful candidate will be subject to a Police Check -although advantageous to have one completed, it is not essential.
