Sovereign Lives Victoria is a registered NDIS Provider who excels in supporting individuals and families living with disabilities. We are planning to add another member in the HR department by recruiting a HR Administrative Assistant to act a facilitator to accomplish all daily tasks, allocated to the person.
Role & Responsibilities (not limited to)
- To report to the HR manager for all work-related queries
- To engage in daily handovers and accountabilities of task completion.
- To assist the HR Coordinator & manager with the administrative duties
- To use the CRM systems operated in Sovereign Lives Victoria
- Being technology-oriented will be highly beneficial and pass the probationary period.
- To possess the ability working in fast-paced and pressurised environment
- To do follow-up meetings over phone-call, Zoom and in person with the support workers
- To possess the ability accomplishing daily administrative routines and offering an accountability of task achievements on daily basis.
- To participate in Induction, meeting, training and interviews with the supervision of the HR Coordinator
- To arrange and prepare all meetings (set the table for meeting by arranging water bottles and other refreshments)
- To create and save a network of facilities such handyman services, rental/hire services
- To ensure all new support workers complete the onboarding services in Employment Hero, as instructed by the HR coordinator
- To monitor the performance of support workers
- To prepare PowerPoint, Excel Sheets and minutes of meetings
- To monitor all utility bills of Sovereign Lives Victoria
- To attend call forwardings of care coordinator and note down queries during their absence
- To schedule bookings, training and meetings for all internal improvements
- Awareness about the organisation's role & services, NDIS Code of Conduct and other policies
- Offer guidance to the Disability Support Workers
- To participate in the Audit requirements
Qualification & Certificates
- Certificate III or Diploma in Community Services, or any healthcare courses
- Cert III or Diploma in Management, Leadership or Business Administrative
- Other equivalent Industrial qualification
- NDIS Orientation Module
- New Worker Induction Module
- Infection Control Certificate
- First Aid
- CPR
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- 100 points of ID

- Training Period: 1 month
- Probationary Period: 2 months
- Monday to Wednesday
- 9am to 3.30pm
