About the role
We are growing our team! Reporting to the Workplace Relations Manager we have several vacancies for P&C Business Partners who will play a pivotal role engaging with leaders to build capability and develop solutions across designated geographical portfolios. You will work closely with the Talent Team, Training and Development and People Services as part of providing a streamlined, consistent, and quality customer service to our people. Your primary focus will be to drive organisational capability and contribute to a positive team culture.
About You
You bring a minimum of 3 years in a HR Advisory position and on the career ladder ready to step up, or you're currently performing in a Business Partner role looking to grow your career portfolio in a growth environment where you can establish your career. You bring great stakeholder management skills and an exceptional customer service orientation to your approach.
To be successful in this role you possess integrity and a strong work ethic. You are approachable and have strong interpersonal skills enabling you to be relatable to our employees. You will have good knowledge of labor laws and other HR practices. You know how to manage your time and tasks effectively and you are a reliable team player.
Responsibilities
- Consultancy and advice to line Managers
- Conducting investigations and resolving grievances
- Collaborating with centres of expertise to support training, recruitment, performance management, remuneration reviews and succession planning activities
- Providing interpretive advice on company policies, procedures, and legal instruments
- Contributing to policy development, systems, and processes
- Providing administrative advice and support to the Workplace Relations Manager on EBA negotiations applicable to the portfolio
- Being an effective coach and guide and offering best practice solutions
