THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner responsible for implementing and maintaining the Human Resource (HR) initiatives across the TTSPH Group. This includes recommending programs, handling remuneration and benefits, leading the annual compensation events, and providing advice and assistance to the company’s various subsidiaries in the South Pacific in all areas of HR operations.
More specifically, you will be involved in the following:
- Project managing the annual remuneration review cycle including salary reviews, bonuses, and performance management system.
- Prepare and conduct the Cost of Living Allowances (COLA) reviews for Expatriates biannually.
- Review and maintain position grading across the TTSPH group to ensure it is aligned with TTSPH’s remuneration strategy.
- Contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of all the company’s HR policies and procedures.
- Support people leaders through people management processes e.g. disciplinary, grievances, performance management.
- Career Planning for all key staff within the business and maintain and review Succession Plans for all TTSPH operations.
- Supervise the recruitment and selection process for the Brisbane office and for Expatriate positions.
- Conduct on the job training for group HR staff and HR delegates throughout the South Pacific.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
- A minimum of five years of progressive Human Resource operations management experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience coordinating Remuneration and Benefits activities, preferably with experience managing expatriates (inbound/outbound) within an international or multi-national organisation.
- Experience delivering projects on time and to a high quality.
- Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills.
