Responsibilities
- Resolve workplace conflicts including breach of policy and grievances
- Coordinate and plan safety training to ensure compliancy
- Coordinate WHS bi monthly meetings and assist with hazard prevention
- Utilise our online learning library where necessary
- Enhance our cloud-based HR system
- Conduct all Return to Work duties
- Assist with staff retraining
- Assist with culture improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary education in Human Resources or a related field highly desirable.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience in similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Return to Work qualification or willing to obtain.
