Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, ensuring that all work is done in accordance with industry standards and local codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
- Manage project budgets and financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and change orders.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing HVAC projects, preferably in the commercial and high end residential sector.
- Police / Working with Children check
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and installation practices.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
