Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Insurance Full-time permanent position based in Mile End Join a new growing team with a high performing, inclusive and supportive culture This exciting newly created opportunity will see you be responsible for effectively triaging 'red flag' and/or 'high-risk' claims referred by claims staff or identified by the fraud detection system(s), and case manage all activities associated with the Investigation of a claim, including all Member interactions. In addition, you will: Safeguard the integrity of the Insurance Claims operations by detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities.Case manage all activities associated with the Investigation of a claim, including all Member interactions and acting as the conduit between the Member and Investigator.Work closely with cross-functional teams including claims, underwriting, legal, external investigators, and law enforcement agencies to share information, coordinate efforts, and strengthen fraud prevention measures.Balance fraud prevention and investigations with positive member relationships, and in line with RAA Brand, by handling investigations discreetly and professionally.Participate in the development of Fraud strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent behaviour, including the establishment and implementation of policies, procedures, and fraud detection systems.Plus much more.
