As a Pricing and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of pricing strategies and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will also be involved in the end-to-end invoicing of Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate daily pricing for the Sales Team and implement and maintain customer pricing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to uphold pricing structures.
- : Identify and escalate opportunities to safeguard company margins.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls and emails.
- Manage customer accounts, including new setups and handling queries/complaints.
- Handle customer limits, orders, invoicing, and collections coordination.
- Coordinate delivery and scheduling, communicating with supply chain and carriers.
- Contact customers via phone/email/fax to address inquiries, complaints, sales, and general requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all external dealings.
