Fortech IT Solutions provides technical support personnel to NSW High Schools and Primary Schools for the day to day management of IT as well as project support for expanding school resources. This is a unique environment where you will be working with school staff from many different backgrounds as well as supporting student projects in the field of S.T.E.M. This job is rewarding when it comes to supporting the education of the youth of today and tomorrow.
Qualifications & experience
- Basic Understanding of Network Architecture.
- Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment.
- Basic Understanding of Applications such as Microsoft 365 Solutions, Canvas, UDM and Sentral are all highly considered.
- Prior Experience is not a must as you will receive training from us and you will be working in the DET server environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Technical Support and Repair of Desktops/Laptops
- Liaison with School Staff on on-going projects
- Network Maintenance and Diagnosis
- Roll out of PC/Laptop Devices on a timed schedule
- Day to Day Support of Applications such as Office, Sentral, Citrix and Windows Server Environment
