Holmen's Health is a new and exciting business getting ready to launch In June 2024, as such we need someone who is passionate about technology and security.
This role will be made your own with the opportunity of leading a team in the future for further expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees on a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in maintaining the company's network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment, software licenses, and support incidents.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements, making recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as experience with common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for technology and a drive to continuously improve the IT infrastructure.
