The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing our diverse range of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and manage all aspects of project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage risks and project changes, ensuring minimal impact on the project's scope, schedule, and budget.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Foster a collaborative work environment and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
Deliver regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Manager in the construction, joinery, or related industry.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
