My Driving School is looking for a customer focused junior team member.
This position requires a friendly person who can get the job done as a part of a small team. We operate an online booking system, and you would need to be able to understand numbers as our driving lessons come in all types of packages and price combinations. This position largely involves speaking with clients to arrange driving tests and driving lessons. You will also engage with and support our driving instructors whenever necessary. There is not a lot of face-to-face interaction, it is mainly on the telephone.
This is a very important position in our business as it directly influences our success or otherwise in this industry.
It will start as a 3 days a week part time but with the view to full time as the business grows… if this fits your circumstances then you would also possess the following qualities:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- An interest in being the first contact with the business for customers.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via telephone but also competent written skills
- An enthusiastic attitude and is motivated to support our customers and our contractors.
- A strong work ethic and an optimistic "CAN DO" approach.
- The ability to be a team player but can also work autonomously if needed.
You would obviously need to be computer literate and have a knowledge of system processes.
We will provide the necessary training and support.
