A fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly organised, proficient and enthusiastic Junior Administrative Assistant within our Charlestown office on a full-time basis. This position is a junior role and would ideally suit a school leaver with a keen interest in the Business Administration field.
Whilst there are general reception duties, you won't be sitting alone banished behind a desk near the front door, you'll be in the middle of the action.
In this role you will provide client support services relating to current and prospective clients and contribute to the firm by providing superior administrative support. We have cultivated an enjoyable workplace and encourage our staff to have fun in the role.
Your new role:
- Manage the office area in a professional and efficient manner, and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients coming in to the office
- Answer incoming calls and direct queries to appropriate personnel as required
- Manage all courier requirements, as well as incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide a range of administrative support to the business
- Assist in the preparation of documents required
- Follow procedures and standards set out within the company
- Data entry as required
- Manage all clients in our CRM system and update them on the progress of their reports
- Log actions and activities in our CRM system (training provided)
- General administration duties as directed
- Opportunity to earn a Cert 3 in Business Administration on the job

The fine print:
- The position is a full-time position Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
