We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Cooper Plains!
About The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the administration side of the business, ensuring that all duties in your scope are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to the operations team as required
- Developing effective office procedures for administration duties
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries
- Data entry management, including, updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Reconciliation of databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Preparing regular reports
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the business
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Selection Requirements:
- Intermediate Office 365 and system savvy
- Ideally you will have 3-5 years in similar role with transferable skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a pleasant telephone manner
- Attention to detail with excellent time management.
- Well Organized and Analytical.
